Irish Adult Store

There are I think 3 adult stores in Cork. Two are down by Parnell Place, or at least they were, and the other is pictured above!

One of the adult stores in Cork is down a small, narrow little road called Grafton Street. The alley is so small that it doesn’t even appear on Google Maps. It does show on Yahoo Maps but you’d be forgiven if you never noticed it before.

This was shot from the Grand Parade multi-storey car park which backs onto the road. I was really happy to get the flashing neon sign while it was illuminated!

The Sony repair centre is just across the alley from the store, the only reason I’ve ever gone down there, when I tried to get my Sony 717 repaired.

No, before you ask, I’ve never darkened the doorway of any of those shops!

Likely story Donncha šŸ™‚ That photo tells a very interesting story all the same – the street resembling a back alley, just the spot for such a venture. I like the aggressive angle as well – suggests that you are trying to catch a glimpse.

I dunno if ‘those’ shops live up to their seedy reputation in dear ol’ Ireland (good Catholic Ireland mind!) but I for one had a particularly academic conversation with a nice female assistant in Vancouver on the merits of the various lubes available. And how do you test lube in public? With the palm of your hand and a finger-tip of course!

Relevance of this nugget of info to the shot in question? None. Relevance to the description? Well, you shouldn’t be shy to step across their threshold. Geeze, I sound like a right perve, eh?!

Cool shot Donncha! Great pic but if you nevver steped in to one of those shops, dont be ashamed. Only all toys and fun stuff in there no need to be afraid. Here see for yourself try the on line version. have fun.
