It’s a bike on the ground, why are you photographing it? That’s what a group of girls asked me as I crouched down next to this bike. I got the shot though!

The bus stop on the Mardyke Parade outside the old Erinville Hospital is on a bus lane, just outside a school. Every single school morning the bus lane is jammed with cars dropping children off.

A King Charles Spaniel with his owner in Paul Street, Cork a few months ago. I don’t like seeing dogs in the city because it’s so stressful for them but it was really quiet. Little fella looks worried though doesn’t he?

It’s raining in Cork, possibly. The weather has been all upside down this summer. By the time you see this on my photoblog, I’ll be on my way to San Francisco. Check my Flickr stream for tomorrow’s pic 🙂
I couldn’t run my future posting script because Flickr changed their filename naming scheming to protect original images. Good move, but it’s annoying if you blog the original sized ones!

A modified car sits parked in front of the Carroll’s Quay car park in Cork. The distinctive logo on the wing reminds me of the Transformers.
Maybe the driver is a fan?

On Patrick’s Day all sorts of head gear and clothes are worn by people all over the world. This girl had a hair band with 2 leprechauns on springy stalks! See the shamrock on her cheek?

Blowing bubbles on the street is a great way to keep children occupied! On St. Patrick’s Day this year a fairy lady blew bubbles for these kids who were having a ball catching them!

Walking as an exercise is a great way to lose the pounds and get in shape, which is all well and good when you’re a toddler and you’re pushed around in a pram all day!
This was shot on Maylor Street, Cork a few months back when it was still cold. What am I saying? It’s still cold at times, even in the middle of the Summer but at least this Sunday looks to be a nice one!
