The lights of cars in the car park of Blackpool Shopping Centre blur into ghostly lines.

I thought I had posted a similar photo to this one but I cannot find it. It’s lost to the mists of time. Annoying..

A sign in Blackpool is signed by the author. Must be ancient as Cork phone numbers now have 7 digits!

Reserved spaces for the apartments in Blackpool Shopping Center sit idle. Some are always used but I wonder how many they sold The location is great, but it must be very noisy to live there.

When you come to Ireland you go looking for a Guinness don’t you? Well, if you’re in Cork, you must try local stouts, Beamish or Murphy’s. I’m not a big fan of any of them but the Cork stouts are sweeter than Guinness, and nicer IMO.

Eddie Rocket’s in Blackpool, Cork. I haven’t eaten here. The last time I did was in Galway at a Linux thing, probably in the late 90’s when all I remember was that it was overpriced. Still the same?

Top up your phone by throwing it in the air and seeing where it lands. Or something.
An opportunistic shot I took in Blackpool Shopping Center of a van passing by. I think it’s an An Post van.

A group of girls from a local school sang Christmas carols in Blackpool Shopping Centre earlier today.
They were brilliant! I wasn’t much in the mood for listening but they lifted my spirits. They were full of life, happy, joyful and really seemed to be enjoying the experience.
Unfortunately we were in a hurry or I’d have stopped to ask what school they were from. Does anyone know? Their uniforms were purple..
Scapa Flo played for free in aid of the Belarussian Orphanage Project. Pictured here are 3 of the band members.
At Blackpool shopping center there was a charity event for the Belarussian Orphanage Project. A band played inside and just inside the main doors they were selling Christmas cards and small gifts. Not sure if I should have left this as a colour image but I think as a character study of the boy and woman it works much better in black and
white.
