Of sticks and Stones

Just fooling around on the beach at Fennell’s Bay this evening with some long exposure shots of the tide. It’s not something I’d ever done much of and not something I find particularly interesting but I’m always willing to try something new and curious to find out more about it. It’s probably the most relaxing photography you can do, apart from clambering over rocks in an attempt to get at the bigger waves..

I’m glad I remembered the Canon 6D has an optional ISO50 setting. That got me a 1/3 of a second extra exposure before the sun set! 🙂

Aperture ƒ/22
Camera Canon EOS 6D
Focal length 82mm
ISO 50
Shutter speed 1.3s
