Hillside Chains
Rusted chains lie on the ground near the walkway to the Mizen Head Lighthouse.
Just saw Star Trek. In my head it was the best thing since sliced bread but it was still a great film. Loved the little nods to the original series. Definitely worth going to see!

I’d imagine those chains were expensive to create, buy, and situate.
Why are they there? Are they to stop the land from sailing away? Are they to stop a boat from sailing? Were those the chains that bound Prometheus?
Loved the film. I laughed out loud when Kirk and Sulu were paragliding onto the platform with the doomed guy: “Red shirt!!!”
