  • The former tax office on Sullivan’s Quay

The former tax office on Sullivan’s Quay will soon become the building site of the largest hotel in Cork according to this article in the Evening Echo.

ANOTHER major hotel development in Cork is set to begin construction after planning permission was granted to demolish the former tax office on Sullivan’s Quay, replacing it with a 220-bed, four-star hotel which would make it the Cork’s largest hotel.
