Evening Falls on the North Side

Photos
Black-and-white photo looking across the rooftops of Cork City's north side at dusk, with the tower of St Anne's Church, Shandon, rising above the houses, its clock face and stepped belfry catching the light beneath a broad sky of streaked cloud, distant hills along the horizon.

The tower of St. Anne’s Church has recently been renovated but this photo is from 2022, when it was still gritty. It looks all shiny now but I think it looked better back then. The clock faces all got a nice lick of paint though which is welcome!
