  1. Amazing picture! I am surprised by the settings. It looks like it was taken at night, and I would have thought that the low ISO and relatively fast shutter speed would not be enough light, but it is perfect. Do you remember what the lighting conditions were like?

    1. The restaurant would have been dimly lit, and it was after sunset. Our dinner was always at sunset which was annoying. I need to petition to have dinner moved earlier or later.

      Anyway, the camera would have exposed off the flame. I shot in aperture priority mode probably so technically, I had very little to do! Food was delicious AFAIR!
