Discarded fishing tackle

Discarded fishing tackle

Fishing tackle, nets, and even a gas cylinder rest against a wall near Allihies Beach in West Cork.

I saw all this stuff just sitting there, looking all out of place in a field.

  1. Thanks Grannymar! It was a nice surprise to find them in that field. Could be still there I guess, but I won’t be going anywhere near there for quite a while again. Too long a drive for a day trip unfortunately.

  2. Hi Donncha

Colours work nice in contrast with the sky 🙂
I’ll be passing through Allihies tomorrow, so maybe I’ll be able to locate the baskets as well. Cheers!

I agree with you all that fishing tackle, nets, and even a gas cylinder are so colorful. And with a little bit of creativity we can create another thing from them.
