These social distancing indicators are a sign of the times in 2020 and 2021. Something that anyone from any country would now recognise.

Engine No. 36 on display in Ken Station in Cork. Here’s what the Wikipedia page on the train station has to say about it:
An old locomotive is on permanent display in the concourse at Kent Station since 1950. “Engine No. 36” dates from 1847 and is displayed in the booking hall. Originally built by Bury, Curtis, and Kennedy of Liverpool at a cost of £1,955, the engine was obtained by the Great Southern and Western Railway to run services from Dublin to Cork. The engine remained in service until 1874.
She was displayed at the Cork exhibition in 1902, the Railway Centenary Exhibition in 1925 and the bi-centenary of the Royal Dublin Society at Ballsbridge in 1930. She was moved to a new position and restored by Iarnród Éireann in 2007.
I could have sworn that train was on display before 2007, maybe that page is referring to the new interior of the station?

Kimball, a station on the L in Chicago. This was a station I used every day when I lived in Chicago a few years ago. I had to ride the brown line one more time when I visited the city in 2005.
I had hoped to work on some shots of today’s trip to Kinsale and Garrettstown but time was against me. Wandered one of the backstreets of the town and got some shots of the wonderful buildings there.

Cobh Train Station, taken just before closing many months ago. It’s a long exposure shot of the interior of a fine building on the quay-side.
“The Queenstown Story”, a museum in the background of this shot is worth a visit and tells the story of the port of Cobh as the last place 3 million Irish people saw before they sailed for the United States. Some of those sailed on the ill-fated Titanic.
The Queenstown Story on virtualtourist.com has more reviews, and pictures of the museum if you’re interested.

In Killeagh, East Cork, there’s an abandoned train station from I don’t know how long ago. According to Wikidepia it’s unlikely that the station will be restored because there isn’t enough demand. The Cork-Midleton line will however open by 2008.
While researching this post I found out that the town of Killeagh was an important place in the Fenian Rising of 1867!
