The wide pavement of McCurtain Street is where I spotted a young woman putting the lead on her patient Golden Retriever. He sat there patiently as she fixed the lead in place and continued on their way down the street.

This cute little terrier saw Diego, my chihuahua, and of course needed to make friends with him. 🙂
Dogs are the best!
PS. inb4 complaints. Nobody noticed this was Paul Street!

I spotted this little character on the streets of Malaga, pulling its owner along with an enthusiasm that only a dog can muster. There were another 2 dogs nearby, so I think that’s what was distracting him. 🙂

This was the derelict site of the demolished tax office in Cork, but back in February 2019.
What difference 6 years? Nothing really except they’ve removed the rubble. It’s still an ugly eye sore. They really should have put a park there if they’re not going to do anything with it.

In July 2022, I was in Llafranc and wondered if I’d be able to photograph the Milky Way. Dark skies maps of the area showed glowing lights all along the coast, and it seemed unlikely, but I wandered down to the beach one night to try. I was pleased with the result because there was no way I could see anything like this with my bare eyes! There was too much light around.

In a field behind Wine Strand on the Dingle Peninsula, I spotted some hay bales. The sun had already set, but the sky wasn’t very interesting. The lay of the land cast an interesting shadow and I like photographing bales whenever I see them.
