The Baltimore Beacon stands atop the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as our boat to Cape Clear sails past.

Walking through the grounds of Blarney Castle late one November evening when the sun is setting. The shadows grow long and black fills the spaces between orange light.

An Fear Marbh, or Inis Tuaiscerat (Inishtooskert in English) is an Island off the Dingle Peninsula, Co Kerry. I’ve photographed it many times but it’s a picturesque area so I’ll photograph it many more times I’m sure!

Nearing the end of the year, 2021, and the weather was fine. The sun was shining and it was a warm winter’s day.

In what seems like a lifetime ago we visited Wales, exploring some of the towns and countryside near St. David’s, Newport and elsewhere. Here’s a sunrise outside St. David’s. Up early at 5am. Lovely to be out so early when the world is so quiet.
