A cry for help

These Eircom phone boxes are soon going to be a thing of the past as they are being removed, but this one had two large stickers against the war in Gaza that caught my eye.

The double phone box on Proby’s Quay is looking the worse for wear these days. This is what it looked like on a bright July day in 2021. It hasn’t improved since.

Never a phone when you want one…

I guess if you’re in London you probably won’t have much trouble finding a public phone. A group of them stood here, wherever it is. Empty and alone.
Meanwhile, traffic passes in the background, casting eerie light trails through the photo.
