Mullinhassig Waterfall in the Winter

Mullinhassig Waterfall in the Winter

We went for a walk to the waterfall at Mullinhassig yesterday. Not many people there but the ground was littered in Autumn leaves and the thunder of the waterfall was louder by far than what I was used to in the Summer months.

A lovely place to visit, whatever the time of year.

Mullinhassig Waterfall

Poulanassig Waterfall, incorrectly known as Mullinhassig Waterfall is a small waterfall about 30 minutes drive from Blarney, just beyond Coachford. This was my first visit there but it was simple to find through Google Maps.

This Wikipedia page is full of useful information about the surrounding woods.
