Blue Skies over the Castle

Blarney Castle, May 2015.

Pegs

Pegs on a washing line, 2013.

Cobh on the water

The beautiful town of Cobh, January 2020 when news of a virus in China seemed so far away.

A moment to yourself

In front of Brown Thomas, St. Patrick Street, Cork. December 2020.

Pink Flowers

Pink flowers in Fitzgerald Park, August 2016.

The Dogs of Cork

Dogs and their owners (or not) in Cork City.

Daly in Red

Daly's Bridge, or the Shaky Bridge, near Fitzgerald Park was rebuilt and now sports a dazzling red lighting system!

The Sheep of Achill Island

The sheep on Achill Island do not fear cars driving past. They did however take exception to me walking closer to get a better photo and bolted a moment after I took this photo!

The evening rolls on

The sun setting on a cold evening in February 2016 near Killeagh, Co Cork.

Heavy Clouds Over Blarney Castle House

It's snowing again but it's only a light dusting. It's cold enough that the snow will sit on the ground all day but unless you grab snow from parked cars there won't be any snow fights! Here's a photo from 2015, when we had a lot more snow!

A Swan by Ross Castle

Many years ago I visited Ross Castle in County Kerry. It was a beautiful day and swans swam nearby.

Little Pink Flowers

Little pink flowers in the grounds of Blarney Castle, closer to home than the photos of previous days. November 2013. Can't post it to Facebook as my account has been disabled again, but I did get a backup of my data last month so there is that.
