Fitzgerald’s Park in Cork was flooded on October 21st last. The playground was completely off limits as water rolled off from the surrounding landscape. Fitzgerald Park in Cork City is a bit flooded after the recent rain. The children’s play area is totally flooded, as it’s lower than the surrounding ground, and the pond is overflowing onto the surrounding path. They were waiting for the River Lee to overflow about an hour later!
