A cat in the shadows

Two buckets are no match for an ephemeral cat in the shadows as it played with the light of the setting sun at Castlemartyr Resort last week.

The shadow of the cat is courtesy of the cat statue I posted recently. Again, well worth going down to see them, and for a stroll around the gardens.

Fluffy in the sun

Fluffy, a beautiful calico cat living her best life in California, basks in the sun in the backyard she, and only she, controls. She loves rolling over in the sun, mistress of all she surveys, while inside, her play tunnel is her domain.

Feeding the cat

It’s not every day you see a man walk by with a cat lying across his shoulder, but this day in Malaga I did.

He was squeezing some kind of paste on to his finger, which I presume may have been a treat for his cat. That cat was very interested in what he was doing!

The Sweet Pea Cat

I’m 99% certain I took a photo of this cat a few years ago and published it here but I cannot find it. The original photo was shot as we walked past at night and the cat was asleep in the window, just above the painting on the wall so it’s memorable. If I find it, I’ll link it here!

Dingle, July 2021.

Edit in September 2021, his name is Angel! Kieren Frost took a wonderful photo of him too.
