Yes, it was a cold November day when I photographed these two kite surfers at Garylucas Beach in Co Cork. Brrrr.

Despite the cold temperature there were lots of people surfing at Garrettstown Beach today!

A brave young man surfs the waves at Ardmore, Co Waterford this afternoon. It was freezing, cold winds sucked any warmth from exposed skin but this guy was out there battling the waves!

The sun shines at Warren Beach near Rosscarbery in Co Cork last October. Some brave people ventured into the sea. It was a lovely day but not exactly “get into the sea” warm!

The groynes on Youghal Beach reach out of a misty sea in this long exposure shot under overcast skies today. Capel Island can be seen in the background. It’s November but it’s so mild. Lovely day for a walk on the beach!

Sand that goes on for miles and miles so it’s easy to find a spot for your towel. Lovely beach and the water is warm!
