A place to live in the trees

I noticed this small hut while out walking one afternoon on the ranch in Arizon last January. Bit of a squeeze I bet!

Junk in the desert

I’m not sure what this metal object used to be, but it was sitting in the desert on the ranch in Arizona. I loved the contrasting textures and light and shadows so I had to shoot it!

Exit

This way to the EXIT. This is a sign in Biosphere 2 in Arizona. Can you imagine how enticing it would be to get out of a building after spending a year inside there?

Declan from O’Learys rang this morning. Good news. He got on to the boss at the Sigma repair company who told him my lens had been fixed all along and it was going to be dispatched today. Sounds like a load of bullshit to me, and
they were fobbing off anyone who rang from O’Learys making inquiries. There was €40 still left on the bill, but O’Learys have waived that in view of the length of time it took. I’m still very annoyed at their antics with my photos though.

How very phallic of you

A desert plant growing near the ranch we stayed at in Arizona.

I only thought of the title after seeing this image in b/w, but err, it suits doesn’t it?
