My wife and I came across Korey Power singing on Patrick Street, in front of Brown Thomas. A small but enthusiastic crowd gathered to listen. He has a great voice!

Yes, a gentleman in the background was dancing and enjoying the music too. Did a fine job of it!

When did you last use a public phone?

The public phones at the top of St. Patrick’s Street Cork are in a sorry state. Eircom, the original national phone company in Ireland, haven’t been known publicly as Eircom since 2015 according to the Eir Wikipedia page.

They really should get rid of those eyesores.

Silhouettes of the Walkers

Walkers in Killarney National Park a week ago when I was there trying to photograph the stags. A huge group of people out on a Saturday morning when a storm passed overhead and thunder and lightning filled the air.

A few of us from Blarney Photography Club braved the elements for our photography!

The Gang is Watching

A gang of Kerry cattle observe me and a group of humans as we walk past their field.

Fun fact – they are “believed to be one of the oldest breeds in Europe” according to Wikipedia. 🙂

The Eiffel Bridge

The Eiffel Bridge (Pont de les Peixateries Velles) over the Onyar River in Girona is an eye catching red bridge. It was built by Gustave Eiffel, just before he built the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

The Eiffel Bridge

There appears to be a few Eiffel Bridges around the world, and strangely enough, this one isn’t listed on that Wikipedia page.
