An Fear Marbh at Sunset

On a lovely summer’s evening on the Dingle Peninsula I photographed An Fear Marbh, yet again. It’s a picturesque part of the country so you can hardly blame me for taking photos! 🙂

Today I learned that, in English, it’s called Inishtooskert, which is an Anglicised version of the Irish name, “Inis Tuaisceart”, or “Northern Island”.

The Christmas Lights of Malaga

Is it too late to post Christmas photos? The Christmas lights of Malaga are a fabulous sight to see. Spanish people really take celebrating the holidays seriously, with lots of happy faces to be seen everywhere!

Light trails under the High Street Bridge

Cars go up and down the South Link Road underneath the High Street Bridge in Cork.

The bridge was built in 1984, to replace another bridge that crossed the Bandon railway line that stood there since 1850!

Light trails and Christmas lights

There’s a four lane highway through Malaga but in December and January they have great decorations over the street.

The perfect time to take some long exposure shots of passing traffic!

Loading the containers

Loading a container ship in Malaga Harbour. The sun has already set but there’s a lovely glow in the sky!

Trying something new this time. You’ll probably have the visit the site to get the full effect. I’ll be uploading these images to Instagram shortly.
