The oldest bridge in Ireland is claimed to be this bridge built by St. Patrick in the 6th century. It’s on the grounds of Moville Boutique Hostel in Co. Donegal.
I say “claimed” because there are others such as the Esker Bridge in Dublin and this one in Trim.
Who knows? The hostel is lovely and well worth a visit so you might as well visit the bridge while you’re there!

If you’ve ever been to Kinsale and looked across the water at the houses on the waterfront this tree sits in the garden in front of one. I stood just outside their driveway and caught a lovely sunset behind it one lovely July day 2019.
Yes, there is a bird in the photo too.

One of the lovely ponies who lives at Carbery Cottage Guest Lodge, a wonderful B&B on Sheep’s Head. It’s dog friendly so you can bring your best friend too!
