My Creepy Daddy Long Legs
I found this little Daddy Long Legs Crane Fly on the window of my car about a week ago. It was a chilly morning so I doubt he lasted long.

In the Sultan Restaurant, Cork
The Sultan Restaurant recently reopened after extensive renovations but I’ve had this photo ready to upload for some time so I thought I should post it sooner rather than later.
This is Taoufik (centre) and his brothers in the restaurant pictured after I ate there earlier this year. Their food is amazing. I have a few photos I took with my phone of our meal but they don’t do the food justice, you’ll just have to take my word for it that eating at the Sultan is an experience you’ll want to repeat!
Taoufik also runs a stall in Blackrock village on Sunday mornings and in Douglas on Saturday (I think). Say hi from me if you see him!
Make sure you check their Facebook page too where they post updates and news.

Blarney Castle in the Evening
Blarney Castle as seen this evening. The garden’s looking amazing and it’s nice to see the new statues and art over the last few days.
Shot with my Galaxy S4, so apologies for the Jpeg artefacts. It’s a HDR image and it’s really pushing the sensor!

Green Hair on St. Patrick’s Day
A girl taking part in this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Blarney had a green wig on. Well, so did lots of people! 🙂

Yellow Flowers in Fitzgerald Park
Beautiful yellow flowers in Fitzgerald Park are one of the pleasures of the park in the summer. The garden in front of the museum always looks beautiful and well tended.

Sun sets over Kerry Mountains
This was taken seven years ago and I have no idea where exactly it was taken. I suspect it was somewhere near Killarney but I know it was in Kerry somewhere.
