Christmas is upon us again and the lights and decorations are going up around the city. This is on Patrick’s Street, Cork a few days ago when we wandered around.

Tullagh Cemetery in Baltimore, Co Cork, Ireland is just a field away from the excellent Casey’s Hotel where we spent the last week. I went down there one evening to shoot a couple of half capsized trawlers in the bay when I turned around and saw some of the headstones silhouetted against the setting sun….

Fire burns brightly in a bonfire lit at the ranch in Arizona. I ruined my coat by standing downwind of the fire. The smell of smoke was impossible to get out! Still, got a few nice shots!

Electricity everywhere and so evident at night in street lighting. I took this shot after meeting Mark for coffee 2 weeks ago. It’s this building site right in the middle of Cork City. More conventional shots will follow over the next few days.

An Fear Marbh, or “The Dead Man” in English lies off the coast of Co. Kerry. I posted another photo of the island taken on the same night as this one here, but it was such a beautiful evening I took quite a few shots!
