The sun sets over the Beara Peninsula last weekend. Pictured from Sheep’s Head, about 2km from the tip of the peninsula. Got there just in time to see this!
The setting sun hidden by clouds. In the middle of December last year there was a strong cold wind blowing off the sea making it almost impossible to stand up and take photos!
I’ve no doubt this tree in Blarney Castle Gardens is now in full bloom but back in November 2020 the leaves were turning orange as the days got colder.
