The fish points south

Along the Marina
Looking along the Marina in Blackrock on a quiet Friday afternoon. The trees have started to shed their leaves, but the recent rains must be helping. The heatwave in August has passed. I still see plenty of green.

Elisabeth Leaves Cork
The container ship Elisabeth left Cork yesterday at 17:19 on its way to Southampton in the UK. Here it is rounding the bend by Blackrock Castle as it heads into the harbour and out to sea.

A fish out of water
A fish jumps out of the water of the River Lee by the Lee Fields in Cork a few weeks ago. Most of the fishermen gathered on the banks had no luck. The fish were after the little flies buzzing over the water!

Dodge and Burn using Lightroom Masks
It occurred to me while watching a video by Nick Page on Photoshop’s Luminosity masks that Lightroom Classic can now do something similar with luminance range masks.
