Cruising in my car

A man in sunglasses looks out from his car window as he passes us. The photo is framed by the window of the car I'm in.
A man looks out of his car window as it drives past. The car is black, with chrome edges.

I had no idea what make this car was when it drove past, but Google Images says it’s probably a Cadillac of some sort from the 1960s. It looked beautiful, whatever it was, and the guy driving knew it too.

  1. @donncha@inphotos.org trying something new today. I'm not going to share this post directly. I'm going to boost the Federated blog post instead.Hope people see it. The car yer man was driving was awesome looking!

  2. @donncha what year is it?

    1. That I do not know. There were very little identifying marks on it, and I was shooting with a prime, so when he pulled ahead, I couldn’t zoom in on the back of the car.

  3. @donncha whatever year it is, it's been heavily modified. That body style basically did not exist.

    1. @otto42 @donncha I feel like I'm looking at the Batmobile. ?

  4. @donncha I am going with 1959 Cadillac Coupe DeVille https://www.thewestcoastclassics.com/1959-cadillac-coupe-deville-custom-custom-c-932.htm

It looks like the sticker in the corner says Santa Monica (California)?
