Unfortunately I don't know that show, and I was going to say it's unlikely but after reading http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/title/654817 it appears to be a dating show set in Bristol and Cork? It could have been the same street, but the street surface looked a lot different in 1999. It would have been plain stone flagging rather than the ornate center brick and multi-coloured slabs. I just checked Youtube too, nothing on there about the Cork and Bristol episode. :( Hehe.
