The Evening Echo seller on Patrick’s Street, Cork, has been selling the evening paper for longer than I care to remember. I took a shot of him back in 2005 and he’s still there, braving wet and cold and every other sort of weather.
PS. shot on Saturday while on a hastily organised photowalk with AJ.

This guy has been selling the Echo since I was a young boy, for at least 25 years. It may be just in my head, but he seems ageless, looks the same now as he did in 1983
I left Cork almost 20 years ago and he had been around selling the paper forever at that point. Thanks for the photo showing him still at it.
Beautiful !!! I love Black n White Photography . Intresting view . Keep it up Boy .
Was really tempted to ask to photograph him when I saw him in Dublin over Christmas
