<p>Tullagh Cemetery in Baltimore, Co Cork, Ireland is just a field away from the excellent Casey&#8217;s Hotel where we spent the last week. I went down there one evening <a href="http://twitter.com/donncha/statuses/915413931">to shoot</a> a couple of half capsized trawlers in the bay when I turned around and saw some of the headstones silhouetted against the setting sun.</p>
<p>I went searching online and found that <a href="http://www.cwgc.org/search/cemetery_details.aspx?cemetery=2096724&amp;mode=1">3 Commonwealth burials of the 1914-1918 war</a> were in this graveyard. <br />

<p>A DHL van near Paul Street, Cork provided me with a nice excuse to try out the urban acid plugin again! This has been sitting on my computer for almost 2 years but I only recently worked on it. Glad I did too. Love that red streak coming out of the shadows!<br />

<p>Sunrise over Blarney a few days ago. There was a thin layer of cloud on the horizon that nicely blocked out much of the light of the sun allowing me to capture this early morning sun.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s amazing to think that the light we see takes 8 minutes to travel the immense distance between the Sun and Earth. What&#8217;s even more remarkable is the thousands of years a photon can spend zinging back and forth inside the Sun before emerging as heat and light.<br />
