The doorway of an abandoned cafe on Oliver Plunkett Street. This one is next to The Old Oak and I’m sure I remember it open once, but it always seems to be closed down.

The River Lee runs through Cork City along two channels with an island in the middle. That island is where the City Center is and provides for plenty of opportunities shooting the river :)

Next time you’re in Cork and you have a spare hour to burn head up to Shandon and into St. Anne’s Church where you can ring the Shandon Bells. While out photowalking a hot sausages in a bun with a dab of mustard is just the thing to keep the hunger at bay. I bought the sausage in the bun being prepared above and totally enjoyed it, even if it was €4.
