<p>A flower or weed? A weed is only a flower in the wrong place, or so I&#8217;ve heard. This was taken at Seaside in Florida during the Automattic meetup there in 2010. Beautiful beach there, horrible humidity in September!</p>
<p>This will probably be my last post of the year here so happy new year and I hope 2012 is a great one for you!</p>

<p>That same fence again, this time against the setting sun and reflected in a pool of water from the recent rains. Loved taking this shot and others at the time, they turned out almost as good as I imagined they would!</p>

This will probably be the final photo from that September 2006 visit to the Conor Pass. It&#8217;s taken earlier than some of the others but I&#8217;m a sucker for leading lines so it had to go in!<br />
I love the reflection in the water on the valley floor, and the shadows of the clouds. </p>
<p>Must make a trip back there this summer!</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s it&#8217;s obscuring the road down the Pass, making the too-narrow road even more treacherous. I think by the time we left, even this stretch of road and the car park was covered in a thick white fog.</p>

I&#8217;m loath to post photos from the same location day after day but I may as well call this &#8220;Conor Pass Week&#8221; and get the rest of them out of the dark where they&#8217;ve languished since 2006.</p>
<p>After the reaction to yesterday&#8217;s <a href="http://inphotos.org/rusty-old-fence-at-the-conor-pass/">Conor Pass photo</a> hopefully you&#8217;ll like this one too. </p>
<p>I have another 2 or 3 taken at the same time. The day was perfect for photography, the light was strong and to the side, there was an interesting sky and of course the scenery is beautiful. That was a very successful trip!
