16 June 2007 - Construction on the Grand ParadePictured several months ago in February, pedestrians were blocked off from the construction work by high fences but not high enough to stop someone sticking a camera over the top.
This is one of the construction vehicles. Looks like a mix of a forklift and a crane doesn’t it?

Thankfully there are signs to lead the way through the maze of construction equipment, pot holes, broken paving and pipes. And then you get to the construction site.
