Really should get it checked by a doctor/physio. Instructor Gaucho (blue T-shirt - singing and playing the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berimbau">berimbau</a> in the centre of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roda">roda</a>) is my instructor and teaches in Cork Capoeira Academy, 77 Douglas St. Instructor Tatu (behind Gaucho - playing the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atabaque">atabaque</a>) teaches in Ennis. Mestre Piau (blue T-shirt to left of photo) is the head of our group <a href="http://www.candeiasireland.com/wp/">Grupo Candeias in Ireland</a> and is one of only 5 Mestres (masters) in <a href="http://www.grupocandeias.com.br/site/">Grupo Candeias</a> worldwide.
