You know, when the sky is completely white even though your eyes saw fluffy clouds in a blue background? You'll be able to recover more of that data using a RAW file. Even if you don't shoot RAW, it's probably worth downloading the trial version because many of the functions work well with Jpeg files too! (No, I'm not affiliated with Bibble!
