A great shot. The guys will be delighted! They are Irish marine engineers.

The one on the right is looking out for his girlfriend and Irish Navy buddies. He is a 2008 graduate of the National Maritime College of Ireland, (Ringaskiddy, Cork) and has the distinction of being the last Cunard Cadet on the QE2.

The next stop after Liverpool is a possible courtesy mooring off the Isle of Man on Friday, October 3rd then arrival in Belfast on Saturday, October 4th at 11.00 a.m.

Every passenger receives a mini Union Jack for the departure from Southampton. The QE2 voyages are marketed as a British Experience eventhough Cunard is owned by Carnival, an American company.
