The black and white is a great way for it, I bet in colour it doesn't look that great. With the clouds and the boats it looks like they're going to let you in something... like they guide you. It's got a great graphical feel to it but at the same time there is lovely detail in the clouds. Perfectly composed too - it reminds me of the the cranes shot you posted not so long ago. Lovely!
