Dunnes Stores in the centre of Cork City is being rebuilt as part of a major development. This is the first in a series of photos I’ll publish over the next few days. This was taken very close to this photo shot about 10 months before!

Best Business Premises

That hotel received the “Best Business Premises” award in 1997. Unfortunately it appears they’ve run out of business judging by the state of the exterior.

Lisbon Treaty Referendum 2

No Refunds on Costumes

Well, if you’re in Cork, you must try local stouts, Beamish or Murphy’s. I’m not a big fan of any of them but the Cork stouts are sweeter than Guinness, and nicer IMO. Signs in Blackpool, Cork.
