1970′s childhood.
…me too!
Great looking Anglia!
hello great car.dude i also have a anglia in pakistan but it is not in use.plz give me some ideas how i can made it in a running condition again.
The same for me as for Richard: Anglia is one of the first cars I was mostly attracted by during my childhood (with other ‘myths’ of that age like: Ford Consul, Ford Cortina, Simca, NSU Prinz, Renault Dauphine, Citroen Ami 4, Austin, & so on). I was 6 or 7, they’re also car of the 60s, and even if I was living in Italy, there were a lot of such foreign cars around, ’cause economy was runnung good at the times, and I used to prefer their look instead of all those so obviuos FIAT (Fix It Again, Tony – Tony is supposed to be the mechanic): this is a nice joke that Anglosaxon people use to say. Well, I had and at the moment drive a Fiat, and they’re strong and resistant, but, in effect, often quite ugly to see…. And in the 60′s ANGLIA meant FASHION and FANTASY in a funny good look, while Fiat 600 or 850 seemed quite good to be driven… by rats! Bye, have a good week-end!
